“Ascend Behavior Partners is an active participant in Project Restart, affirming the use of masks in ensuring a safe return to life and business.”

With the recent city and county ordinances requiring face coverings, we felt this was a valuable add on to the Operation Restart Tool Kit.  These disposable face masks can assist businesses with customer relations as they require customers to wear face coverings in their places of business.  Building consumer confidence is one of the key initiatives for Operation Restart, and everyone wearing masks for the safety of all involved moves us closer to that goal.  A big thank you to our Community Emergency Operation Center for making these available to our businesses!” — Kenny Lawson, CEO C.C. Creations; Operation Restart Chairman

With masks provided by the Community Emergency Operation Center (CEOC), Operation Restart is seeking to place these masks in businesses participating with the program to ensure that businesses and their customers have every tool possible to contain the spread of COVID-19.

Operation Restart is a partnership between Brazos County, the City of Bryan, the City of College Station, and the Brazos County Health District.

Operation Restart ultimately compiled Governor Abbott’s Open Texas Guidelines and identified additional best practices to form one complete list of guidelines that can be used as a resource to open and continue to engage in business as safely as possible. This resource asks employers, employees, and consumers to pledge to work together in a concerted effort so that businesses and communities can resume and transact business as safely as possible.

It’s not too late to join the program and accept the Recovery Ready pledge!  Click Here

Upon accepting the pledge, businesses are provided the opportunity to display a placard, yard sign, or window decal affirming “Recovery Ready” status.  Now, masks are also available to participating businesses.  Masks and kits may be picked up at the BCS Chamber of Commerce, the City of Bryan, the City of College Station, and the Brazos County Health District Offices.

Pledge:

Through my voluntary participation in Operation Restart, I pledge to meet health and safety guidelines and recommendations while encouraging the continual examination of best practices in my business, industry, or vocation. I strive to go above and beyond by continuing to adjust and provide a safe and healthy atmosphere providing confidence to consumers, employees, and our greater community.

Operation Restart will continue to remain relevant as long as we must confront the challenge of COVID-19 as a community.  Beyond restarting our local economy it is essential that we continue to be able to transact business as safely as possible.
